Almares Składy Handlowe Sp. z o.o. is based at 17 b Przemysłowa Street in Wejherowo, in the Pomeranian region of northern Poland. The company is registered for construction work on residential and non-residential buildings and for the purchase and sale of real estate on its own account.

Combining both activities lets us look at a project from the start: the plot, its location and legal situation, what can sensibly be built on it, and how the finished property will be used or sold. Decisions about land and decisions about construction are made together instead of passing between unrelated parties.

We work to clear written scopes, agreed schedules and plain communication. Clients, partners and neighbours should always know who is responsible for what, and what happens next.

What we do

Six areas of work, drawn from our two registered activities. Select a service to read more.

  • Construction of residential buildings: from site preparation and foundations through structure, roofing and closed shell to interior completion. We coordinate trades and materials so that each stage is ready before the next begins.

  • Buildings for business use, such as offices, retail and service premises, and warehouse or light-industrial space. Layouts are planned around how the building will operate day to day.

  • Before work starts we agree the scope, sequence and responsibilities in writing. During the build, one point of contact manages the schedule, deliveries and site communication.

  • We buy real estate on our own account, including land and existing buildings. Each acquisition is reviewed for location, ownership status and development potential.

  • Properties we own are offered for sale with accurate descriptions and complete documentation. Buyers can ask about any detail before committing.

  • Where suitable, we acquire a plot, construct a building and then offer the finished property for sale. The same company is responsible from the first decision to the final handover.
